| Q - What types of audio formats do you work with? A - We work with all types of audio formats. Your own project needs will help determine which audio format is best for you to work with. Q - Is my finished product, usually a CD, in a red book compliance format? A - Yes, your CD/finished product will be ready to play in any CD player. You also have the option to have a different audio format. Q - Do you sell samples? A- Yes we do sell samples for you to use with your audio needs. There is a license agreement that must be signed for copyright purposes. Q - What if I live in another state? A - This not an issue. Many of our clients live out of state. We utilize both email and ground shipping depending upon your preference. Silver Dragon Sound Productions will pay half of the ground shipping costs associated with your project should you elect ground shipping. Q - Can I come to the Silver Dragon Sound in person? A -Yes, you are welcome to visit, but by appointment only. Q- Do you do live events? A - There are some situations where we will do live events. We will always do consulting at a live event to offer suggestions. We will also do weddings or parties under specific guidelines. Q - What do you charge for your services? A - Price is dependent upon your specific project. We value each of our customers and take time to ensure that each project is completed correctly.
